Graduated at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, Wang Peng started off as a painter. He moved to the United States in the 1990s and returned to China in 2000. Since the early 1990s, Wang experimented with performances, time-based medium, photography, as well as installation. The works presented here are shown at Wang's solo exhibition in Beijing.
