This book is published on the occasion of Wang Xiaoguang's solo exhibition in Hong Kong, featuring his painstakingly executed landscape paintings of the countryside in Northern China. Using a pointillist style, Wang depicts the fields of corn, the high mountains and the crimson leaves of autumn in striking tones of dark green, bright yellow and orangy red. Artist biography can be found in the back. With a brief note by Ke Wenhui, art critic and researcher of the China Art Research Institute.
