This is the 4th revision and the 6th edition of a pocket-sized artist book originally published in conjunction with Song Dong's exhibition 'Waste Not' at Beijing Tokyo Art Projects in 2005. Waste Not is an installation that consists of daily household objects gathered by the artist's mother Zhao Xiangyuan over many decades. The artist embarked upon the collaborative project as a way of helping his mother overcome the grief of his father's sudden passing.
