'Weibor Chu has torn through his works, in the process disrupting through everything that should be torn or broken apart. Actually, in a sense, "disruption" connotes "establishment", as breaking is a creative method and approach. Chu's secret to creation, and his approach, is to "break" or destroy the old and establish the "new". This is a totally new, creative approach.' This is quoted from the accompanying article written by Lee Tsaichien on the multi-media works by Chu Weibor which often involve tearing and ripping off of the surface material such as cloth. A biography of the artist is included.
