This editorial was published alongside an article on the Baroda Incident. The artist-author Anjolie Ela Menon first finds nothing obscene about nudity especially in the context of the traditions of Hinduisim's erotic iconography, and secondly finds the Vadodara Incident  politically pre-meditated. She lauds Shivaji Panikkar for his support of Chanda Mohan and says she will fight to preserve freedom of expression in India.
