This publication is produced in occasion of the solo exhibition of Hong Kong artist Wilson Shieh Ka Ho at Osage Gallery, Hong Kong in November 2013.
The title of the exhibition, 'Sumbody', have a twofold meaning. Firstly it refers to the numerous characters which Shieh created in his works, including stylised figures of Hong Kong celebrities, and females adorned in skyscraper-like dresses. More deeply put, it also refers to the many facets that Shieh's artistic practice is turning into for the past few years. In this manner, it can also be understood as a survey exhibition, looking at his transitions in terms of his experimentation, creative energies, and means of expression.
Includes biographies of the artist and contributors.
