This publication contains two artist monographs, one of Guangci, and another of Xiang Jing, who are married to each other. While their sculptures are segregated between the two artists in this publication, the essays provided juxtapose them. These two artists have also appeared together before the publication of this monograph, at a joint exhibition in 2002. Both artists were born after the cultural revolution and create artwork with a political pop perspective.
