AAA team members introduce key ideas behind Another Day in Hong Kong through a series of exhibition walkthroughs at AAA’s library. The tours will delve into various materials on display from our Hong Kong collections and other local archival resources, connecting them to six newly commissioned artworks by Hong Kong artists of different generations.
By taking the median date of AAA’s Hong Kong collections, 19 October 1996, as a starting point, Another Day in Hong Kong reconstructs one day from Hong Kong’s art historical past, examining what a day in and of art history could look like.
The exhibition is on view until 31 Aug 2024.
