LIKE A FEVER

Photologue | A Sculptural Utopia: Beijing, May 2008

Sculptors are making waves on the ground throughout Beijing. May witnessed Zhan Wang's first solo exhibition at the National Art Museum of China (NAMOC), an experimental sculpture installation at Joy Art by Sui Jianguo, and The First Moon River Sculpture Festival at the soft opening of Victoria Lu's highly anticipated Moon River Museum of Contemporary Art. It’s been a busy month but a refreshing one and a relief to see contemporary sculpture entering the public sphere!
