The artist commissioned the Beijing Méi Dì Yà Media Centre to produce this video, which complies to the standard of an official(government run) media news programme, featuring a newsreader (played by announcer Xing Zhibin) reading terms or phases starting with the word 'water' in the Ci Hai dictionary, in the manner of an official news reading session.
