Hong Kong artist Wen Yau's brief report on the international art exchange workshop 'Km.0 Urbano', which took place in the Santa Cruz Contemporary Art Museum in Bolivia. Young artists from more than 20 countries participated in the workshop. Wen Yau compares Bolivia's less institutionalized yet highly humane environment for artistic creativities with the more sophisticated nature of Hong Kong's artistic scene.
