The publication is an anthology of over thirty artists from the Asia-Pacific region and brings together conversations and essays on the climate, environment, and weather from a varied selection of perspectives. Artists featured in the anthology include Isabel and Alfredo Aquilizan, Bahar Behbahani, Zheng Bo, Hit Man Gurung, Ho Rui An, MAP Office, Tuan Andrew Nguyen, Sheelasha Rajbhandari, Rirkrit Tiravanija, Tintin Wulia, Lantian Xie, and Trevor Yeung. According to Maunder's editor's note, the book 'proposes that a productive conversation about current environmental conditions/crises should resist universalist claims and instead focus on the specificities of artistic ideas and action. This way we can unpack the inconsistent conditions in which we live, both in their continuity and contingency.'
