Artist File 2008: The NACT Annual Show of Contemporary Art is the exhibition catalogue accompanying the inauguration of "Artist File," a group exhibition project. The curatorial staff of The National Art Center, Tokyo selected eight artists who offer a unique perspective on contemporary art for this exhibition which could become an annual event. They represent future trends in a world of ever-diversifying artistic expression. Elina Brotherus (Finland) and Polixeni Papapetrou (Australia) are the only artists who are not Japanese.
