'Ng Yuen Wa has a unique way to display her passions and affections towards life. She used a variety of images as her motif highlighted by colour, light and shadow to create a timeless effect. Her lithographs often use water to create a fluid effect that is quite similar to the use of water and ink in traditional Chinese paintings. The mountains, water, trees and rocks in her lithographs seem to stem from the same source of landscapes from Chinese paintings and they have mingled very well with the old traditions.' - Tang Hoi Chiu. The present monograph of Ng Yuen Wa brings together twenty years of art that provides a trace of the artist's life and career. With foreword by Tang Hoi Chiu, preface by Eric Wear, introduction by Nigel Cameron, and artist biography.
