'Dhokra' is a traditional process in metal-work in India that is used by makers of popular crafts but not sculptors. To bring together the two, a group of contemporary art sculptors goes to Gushkora in West Bengal - where traditional casters still practice and produce Dhokra - to learn and produce works in Dhokra. At the end of the workshop, an exhibition of the works were held at the High Commission of India Cultural Centre in Dhaka, 5-12 July 2002. Foreword by Tayeba Begum Lipi.
