E+E is a cultural magazine published quarterly by Ngau Pang Sue Yuen (of Zuni) that locates at the Cattle Depot Artist Village, Hong Kong.
Presentations given by the 3 invited speakers (details in the following) at the Third Forum, Re-defining West Kowloon: Cultural Strategy + Urban Space + Sustainable Governance, organised by the People's Panel on West Kowloon (PPWK) and held on 23 January 2005 at the Univserity of Hong Kong, have been documented and the edited version can be found in the present issue of E+E.
