E+E is a cultural magazine published quarterly by Ngau Pang Sue Yuen (of Zuni) that locates at the Cattle Depot Artist Village, Hong Kong.
In this issue, Jaspar Lau, an independent art critic and a member of the Para/Site Collective that has represented Hong Kong in the 50th Venice Biennial, gives an account of how the HK Arts Development Council has imposed censorship upon the Collective's publication for the biennial.
