Each year the Price Claus Fund honours individuals of outstanding merit in different parts of the world in need of funding to fulfill their mission of cultural development. The 2010 Prince Claus Award theme was 'Frontiers of Reality', which recognized the works of those individuals who by innovative means challenged the conventional norms of seeing reality and revealed alternative experiences of seeing the world. The 2010 Laureates include three Asian artists; Jia Zhang-Ke from China, Dinh Q. Le from Vietnam, and Aung Zaw from Bruma.

Mentioned below are the three essays written on these artists.
