Since 2009, Tokyo Artpoint Project has supported 47 groups in initiating 38 art projects focusing on local or social topics in Tokyo, Japan. To coincide its 10th anniversary, the Tokyo Artpoint Project has published this book to document its development throughout the period of 10 years comprehensively.

Divided into four sections, the book includes the introduction of the structure and characteristics of the Tokyo Artpoint Project, followed by a summary and reflection on the operation of the project each year from 2008-2018, with descriptions and images of documentation material.

The third section includes interview transcripts with directors from five projects (Shirotama Hitsujiya, Akio Hayashi, Hiroko Kikuchi, Miho Miyashita, Ryoichi Kiyomiya, Kaku Nagashima, and Shinya Sato).

The last section offers insight into the future development of the Tokyo Art Project in the next decade. Including two interview transcripts with the committee Toru Koyamada and Yu Takehisa, and a seminar record on the topic 'The Past and the Future of Tokyo Art Project' by Takashi Serizawa, Yoshiyuki Oshita, Sumiko Kumakura and Tsukasa Mori.

References include a timeline and descriptions of 32 projects initiated from 2009-2018, a profile of the director, project officer and committee of the Tokyo Artpoint Project, and an index of publications in chronological order.
