The Collection of the Guy & Myriam Ullens Foundation, one of the largest and most comprehensive of its kind, reflects all the major trends of Chinese contemporary art since the 1980s. The Foundation sponsors and organizes exhibitions of Chinese art, lending pieces of its collection to museums and art centers around the world. In 2007, Guy and Myriam Ullens opened the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art (UCCA) in Beijing to further promote Chinese art. The UCCA organizes exhibitions, supports contemporary creation and intends to connect to Chinese and international art scenes. This DVD offers a glimpse into the Collection of the Guy & Myriam Ullens Foundation and gives an overview of the exhibitions it has sponsored and organized, at venues around the world and at UCCA.
