'Pavilion to the Heart's Insight' attempts to re-establish the notion of possible breakthroughs in contemporary art today, by drawing from a deep sense of self-awareness acquired from artists' daily experiences living in "the Chinese context". The book is constructed by two parallel lines: a base line which is a tentative "theoretical bass" and a multi-voice line which contains various contributions (short stories, fictions, correspondences, scripts...) from artists and authors, the two will make 'silent dialogs' and provide vivid experience for people to discover new entries into contemporary artistic practices. There is also a supplement booklet titled A to Z for Biennales.
