The present catalogue is published on the occasion of the ICC Media Arts Exchange Program S-AIR 2004. The goal of the ICC Media Arts Exchange Program is to invite talented domestic and foreign artists(creators) and give them the opportunity to work and stay in Sapporo for 2 months. During their stay a broad range of cultural exchange will take place with local artists, students, as well as, local citizens. ICC Media Arts Exchange Program is supported by Japan Foundation for Regional Art-Activities, and cosponsored by Inter Cross Creative Center and S-AIR. For this year, the participating artists were Royston Tan, Bjoern Karnebogen, Laurent Pernot and Anthony Luensman. Please note that the publication is in Japanese, with the exception of artist writings which are provided in English.
