Lee Myung-Mi's acrylic and mixed-media works are presented in her solo exhibition 'Carrousel,' held at Leeahn Gallery from October to November 2009. In her paintings, Lee favours objects like flowers, aeroplanes, cups, flowerpots and dogs, and presents them with vivid primary colours, shapes, spots and unique brushstrokes. Accompanying 'Carrousel,' this catalogue showcases Lee's paintings completed between 2007 and 2009, with an essay written by the curator, Hae-Kyung Kim.
