Catalogue of the exhibition 'Material Links', which was held at Museum of Contemporary Art (MoCA), Shanghai in August 2008 and moved to the Contemporary Art Centre of Thessaloniki (CACT) and Technopolis, Athens shortly after. Including works by 29 Greek artists and 17 Chinese artists, it aims to explore the use of traditional materials in both cultures and to acknowledge their value as sources of inspiration in contemporary art practice. 'Material Links' was supported by the Greek Ministry of Culture and the Greek National Tourism Organization. Artist biographies included.
