Catalogue published on the occasion of Animamix Biennale 2013-2014, organized by five Asian arts institutions which are Daegu Art Museum in South Korea, Hong Kong Visual Arts Center (Oi! and City University of Hong Kong included), Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, Macao Museum of Art and Academy of Arts & Design Tsinghua University, held at Museum of Contemporary Art in Shanghai.

'The exhibition in Museum of Contemporary Art, Shanghai not only tries to trace down the ancient oriental civilization via Animamix, but also wants to show respect for traditional arts by means of contemporary arts. The exhibition also wants audience have a chance to think about the issues like current social situation, history, culture, true life, belief and civilization. These artists, with different cultural experience, adopted different ways to express themselves.
