This monograph is published on the occasion of the exhibition 'Tokyo Contemporary Art Award 2019–2021', which featured works by Shitamichi Motoyuki, one of the two winners of the first Tokyo Contemporary Art Award (TCAA).

The book presented a series of work and ongoing projects created by Shitamichi between 2001 and 2019, including Remnants (2001–2005), Re-Fort Project (2004–), torii (2006–2012, 2017–), 14 Years Old & The World & Borders (2013–), Tsunami Boulder (2015–), Floating Monuments (2014–), Setouchi "  " Archive (2019–), and New Stone Tools (2015, 2017). Image of works, essays by the artist, Kamiya Yukie and Doryun Chong provided.
