Signs & Wonders is a project comprising three installations by Suzann Victor, Juliana Wong and Regina Walter. The title of the project refers to the way that each of the artists employ objects and materials to create a sense of wonderment. Suzann Victor's work Waiting Room conjures up idea of enclosure and theatricality. Juliana Wong's installations often interact with the viewer by responding to movement and sound. For Untitled, Wong has constructed screens of LEDs (light emitting diodes) which suggest technological themes. Regina Walter's environments made from industrial-sized plastic bags alter our perspective of the gallery space. Artist biographies are provided in the present catalogue. With foreword by John Young and introduction by Melissa Chiu.
