'Some Rooms' is the second in an annual series of exhibitions exploring collaboration and curatorial process. Taking place across two venues, Osage Kwun Tong, Hong Kong and Osage Shanghai in 2009, the exhibition highlighted the process of dialogue and exchange that occurs through curatorial collaboration in the development of an artist's practice. It featured 14 emerging artists from China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. They collaborated individually with one of six curators, also based in the region. This catalogue includes short essays by the curators, and artists' and curators' biographies.
