A feature on the 1st International Art Exhibition of the Tropic of Cancer held at the Chiayi Performing Arts Center.

Apart from international art activities such as the solo exhibition of German artist Ingo Günther, some local art practices were also featured in the festival. Yu Wen-fu, Lin Hong-wen and Lin Min-yi produced installation works along the theme of '23.5 degrees north'. Also included in this event are, a project curated by Wu Mali, 23.5 Desgrees North Art Workstation and a tree-planting project led by a team from the Nanhua University.
