The Taishin Bank Foundation for Arts and Culture launches the Taishin Arts Award in direct response to its own call for the elevation of Taiwan's cultural and arts environment. The award aims not only to encourage innovative and professional artistic creation that represents the spirit of the time, but also to help improve and strengthen the relationship between culture, arts and the general public.
