This publication is produced on the occasion of the exhibition 'Vomit' by Tomoko Inagki, the selected artist of the 17th ART-EX France Program, held in Osaka Contemporary Art Center from August to September 2007. The artist stayed and worked at Enghien-les-Bains Art Center, France, from November 2006 to February 2007. The exhibition shows the artist's achievement obtained in France through her new work completed during the programme.
ART-EX is an Artist-in-Residence Program designed to promote interaction and exchange among artists from various nations and further their understanding of each other's culture. This programme began in 1992, each year one European artist visits Osaka for three months while one artist from Osaka stays in a country of Europe.
