The 4th City on the Move Art Festival features site-specific works by 6 artists from Taiwan and abroad. Held at the Taipei Children's Recreation Center, the exhibition is an attempt to to explore the meaning of “the playground” through new media art and installation which involve public participation. The CD-ROM contains a video introducing the works by the 6 artists.
