This DVD includes two segments. The first is an episode of the RTHK programme Hong Kong Connection that aired on 13 December 2004. Entitled 'Lost in West Kowloon', it examines the West Kowloon Cultural District Project from various perspectives, such as that of policy makers, scholars, cultural critics and art practitioners. The work of Hong Kong photographer Tse Chi Tak is highlighted in the programme. In Cantonese, with Traditional Chinese subtitles.
