La Fete 2008 brings the "Faces to Faces" exhibition of 50 works addressing issues of contemporary photography to Bangkok.  French works were curated by Isabelle de Montfumat and Thai works were curated by Manit Sriwanichpoom.  Most of the works are photographic portraits with the exception of a video piece by Tintin Cooper that mocks the cult of hero-making portrait photography.  The exhibition runs until June 30, 2008 at Silom Galleria and Tang Contemporary Art Gallery.
