Twelve artists, both international recognized and emerging, participated in the exhbition 'Wild Things'. They come from the United States, Brazil, China, India, Switzerland and Denmark, and all of them have worked with plants -  the organic - using different media but expressing a similar ambiguity: Within the playful, unruly, and beautiful, there is something overwhelming, monstrous and critical of the way we are treating our world.

The present catalogue is published in conjunction with the exhibition held at Kunsthallen Brandts from June to September 2010. Please note that only Asian artists are listed below. Other participating artists include Polly Apfelbaum, Marianne Grønnow, Robert Kushner, Megan & Murray McMillan, Luzia Simons, Gerda Steiner and Jörg Lenzlinger, Jennifer Steinkamp, Kathrine Ærtebjerg.
