This publication is produced to accompany the solo exhibition of Chinese artist Xiang Jing at Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei, from July to September 2013.

Instead of embracing the trend of new technology as well as new media art which could easily draw the viewer's visual attention, Xiang Jing works with the traditional medium of sculpture and through this art form contemplates the cultural meaning of the female body in contemporary society, and the femininity subjectivity situated within the city.

Includes a biography of the artist.
