The above captioned exhibition was started at the University Art Gallery, San Diego State University, in 2003. It was held at the Shanghai Art Museum in 2004. The present publication is a guide book for the exhibition. A detailed catalogue will be published featuring all the exhibits as well as details of the international symposium held simultaneously with this show.
Brief introduction of the participating artists and their works are included, together with contributions from Li Xiangyang (Executive Director, Shanghai Art Museum), Li Xu (Curator) and Laura Zhou (ShanghART Project).
