'"Asianvibe" is a project that focuses on the contemporary art scene in East and South-East Asia, or the Asia Pacific region. Rather than proclaiming to be a comprehensive representation of contemporary art creation in the region, it is intended to articulate some significant individual positions of the generation, which have marked the most important creations in the last decade... the artists involved in the project, closely and consciously relate their visions and works to the immediate reality of the everyday while claiming highly different personal positions... "Asianvibe" also seeks to encourage direct engagements and dialogues with the EACC of Castellon.
