David Medalla (b. 1942, The Philippines) gives an extensive interview in which he discusses his advent to the literary and art scenes of Paris and London in 1960, his kinetic sculpture The Bubble Machine, his involvement in Signals Gallery and the Exploding Galaxy, an experimental art and performance collective he formed.
