Factory Artist Concern Group was a registered society established in 2011. According to their own introduction, they are dedicated to advocating for the rights and recognition of Hong Kong artists who are based in factory buildings. In short term goal was to 'contend against the commercially biased policy "Revitalisation of Industrial Buildings," put forward by the government in 2009, whereas in the long run, they focus on the development of art scenes in Hong Kong, safeguarding the position and respect the sector deserves in the city.
