David Tang's editorial basically calls the advisory group on museum facilities of the West Kowloon Cultural District delusional.   He asks Hong Kongers to "live in the real world" and admit that Hong Kong has not had time to produce much significant art and could not fill the proposed three-quarters of a million squre feet with art in the stipulated time frame.  Instead, Tang hopes that money from the developers of West Kowloon could be used for just one world-class museum such as the Guggenheim or Tate, and calls upon their experience and know-how to teach Hong Kong how to run and sustain such a museum.
