The article reports the emergence of young buyers in the art market.  People are now buying art for investment purpose instead of decorating their premises. Art has become a very profitable business in the world. Unlike the past decades where people value European paintings the most, the art market in the 21st century has shifted its attention to contemporary Asian art, especially those of China and India, under the influence of globalization.
