Dianshizhai Pictorial was a magazine published in Shanghai during the late nineteeth century. It contained detailed illustrations of the new urban popular culture that emerged in Shanghai's foreign settlements during this period. The present publication features an exhibition of paintings created in the style of Dianshizhai Pictorial by members of Liu Dahong Shuangbai Studio. With artist biographies.
