Catalogue of the 3th Public Art Festival organised by NEO-ANGONO Artists Collective in 2006. Established in November 2004, NEO-ANGONO is both a movement and organization founded by visual artists, writers and poets, musicians, theater people, filmmakers, cultural workers, and art critic and researchers. At present, there are 65 artists on its roster. Most of them are residents of Angono while others come from Manila, Mindanao and as far as Japan and USA.
Included in the catalogue are foreword by Wire Rommel Tuazon, writings by Richard R. Gappi and Neliza de Leon about NEO-ANGONO Artists Collective and public art in Angono. There is also an article about Errol Pachedco-Balcos who was invited to take part in a three-month residency in Angono, during which he participated in the Public Art Festival and exhibited at The Second Gallery (4-16 Feb 2007).
