The performance took place from Chengdu to Beijing, China.
Excerpt from Inward Gazes: Documentaries of Chinese Performance Art 2012, The Macao Museum of Art, Macau S.A.R., 2012, p. 46: 'Reflection on personal growth, personal life conditions, and social ideology. I asked the co-operator to seal myself in an iron cage and the cage was then put into a wooden package. Afterwards, the co-operator 'delivered' the 'cargo' from Chengdu to Beijing under formal procedures of the logistic company without notifying them. After 2,300 kilometres of travel by automobile, the 'cargo' arrived in Beijing. The co-operator cut the iron cage and set me free. The work was finished; it lasted for 70 hours.'
