Endless Dancing (Exhibition View)

The installation shows videos from 2 sets of images. Set A shows a waltz-dancing scene recorded simultaneously with 8 camcorders, taken from 8 different angles in a ballroom; Set B features images consisting of clips from revolutionary songs from the 1970s and popular music of the 1990s.

Each screen is connected to a DVD which forms a display unit; 8 units of screens are placed in a circle of 3 to 5 metres in diameter facing the centre. The 8 screens are synchronized with a tolerance of 2 frames. The videos in the screens will be switching between set A and set B at the same time.
