The Nanjing International Art Festival was launched in 2014 by the Nanjing Baijia Lake International Culture Investment Group. The third edition focuses on the phenomenon of globalization and its weighty consequences and contradictions for societies and individuals. 419 works by 315 artists were selected by an international curatorial team to trace a process which borrows from worthy traditional concepts and incorporates the current and future responsibilities of 'supply'.

Note: This volume is a collection of essays by the curatorial team and is not a catalogue of the exhibited works.
