Home Affairs project curated by Siu King Chung and Howard Chan is one of the programmes of The Provisional Regional Council Cultural Ambassador Scheme 1999.

Using the host-guest allegory of a home visit in the gallery- or museum-visiting context - which artists and curators are hosts, and the public, the guests, this project sets out to question about this conventional wisdom of host-recipent relationship, and re-visit the meaning of 'bringing art to the community'.

In this project, 16 households are invited to become partners to 16 Hong Kong artworkers, and to create a piece of work in or about the particualar home. The 16 pairs are, as follows:
