The present publication comprises a collection of press clippings and documentation of Pan Xinglei's work from 1988 to 1998. Pan is known for his notorious performance piece Red Action in which he poured red paint over the statue of Queen Victoria in Hong Kong. Artist biography is also provided in the book.
