This is a catalogue published on the occasion of a solo exhibition 'Region' held at Nagoya City Art Museum in Japan (1991). Miyajima has always worked with and been fascinated by technical media, where he produced 'gadget' (digital counter) that expressed the essence achieved in his works: 'keep changing, connect with everything, continue forever'. Foreword by Nagoya City Art Museum, biography and selected bibliography of the artist, color plates as well as list of works are included.
